Modifying a Course Descriptions or Please Note for a Section
  1. First, select the appropriate "SEMESTER/YEAR", "DEPARTMENT/SUBJECT", "COURSE", and "SECTION" (located on the left side of the page).
  2. Click on the "DESCRIPTION/PLEASE NOTE" tab.
  3. The existing course description and/or please will appear. Click on the "EDIT" button.
  4. You may then add/change information in the corresponding text fields. Click on "UPDATE" to save changes.
  5. To remove the "SECTION DESCRIPTION" or "PLEASE NOTE", click on the "DELETE" button.
