Searching by Instructor SSN First, select the appropriate "SEMESTER/YEAR", "DEPARTMENT/SUBJECT", "COURSE", and "SECTION" (located on the left side of the page). Click on the "ASSIGN INSTRUCTOR" button. Enter the "SSN" of the instructor. Select the "FIND INSTRUCTOR" tab. The instructor matching the SSN you entered will appear. If the instructor you are searching for does NOT appear, you will need to add him/her as a "NEW INSTRUCTOR" (see "Set up new instructor").
